Join us as we explore the many transition life brings - both the challenges
and the opportunities for growth. This supportive gathering offers space
for grief support, education, and meaningful connection with others who
have experienced losses of various kinds, including the death of a loved one,
shifts in independence and residence, changes in relationships, and other
significant life changes. Led by Ecumen Hospice staff, our time together
provides a compassionate environment to share stories, learn new insights, and
walk alongside one another as we navigate grief and discover new beginnings.

This day-camp is a place for children 5-10 years old who have experienced a profound loss to
connect with other young people experiencing grief, and with adults who understand grief.
Through music, stories, activities, and a memory bear project we aim to provide these amazing
children with a fun and comfortable place to talk about their emotions and feel understood,
as well as learn some tools to help manage the pain of loss while inspiring joy, a sense of belonging,
and hope that comes from our faith.
